Hi, i am unable to connect my samsung galaxy j7 prime to pc as usb device. There is no problem with cable or my pc. The problem is definitely with the softwate or hardware of my phone. Can anyone help?

If your computer is unable to detect the device as mass storage, we suggest to follow the below steps to reinstall the driver. - Use Samsung original USB cable. - Right Click on ""My Computer"", Go to ""Manage"" and Select ""Device Manager"". - Select ""Universal Serial Bus Controller"". - Right Click on Samsung Mobile USB Composite Device and Click on Uninstall. - Select ""OK"" to uninstall the device drivers completely. - Once Done, Disconnect the Device from PC and Reconnect, the device drivers will install automatically. - For Manual Installation of Device Drivers, kindly download the same from the link given: - http://www.samsung.com/in/support/model/GT-I9100RWASLK-downloads
