J7 Max OTG Device not detecting after OTA Update

after recent update (G615FXXU2ARB3) OTG Device not detecting.

all OTG Device (Pen drive / ekyc device etc..) was working perfectly without any problems with G615FXXU2ARB2 and older versions.


already tried reset settings but same
tried hard reset but same
finally downgrade with G615FXXU2ARB2 but still same


can charge phone & connect to pc without any problems
only problem is OTG
unable to detect any OTG Device (Pen drive / ekyc device etc..)

how to solve this problem

how to degrade samsung android os?

take backup (contacts & other data to sd card) and flash phone with same binary firmware

my j7max is not facing this issue...after update

tried with 4 otg pen drive & 3 ekyc devices

all working with other phone

raise an error report for this.....in feedback list...of samsung community app...
