Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community! We would like to inform you that Galaxy J7 max do support 4G SIM but at a time only one SIM will be connected to 4G network. As you are facing SIM registration issue in device SIM slot 2, we suggest you to follow below steps: -
- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch.
