screen lock cannot be changed

Screen lock cannot change to pin or pattern or password.
Only swipe and none is working.
Others are available but cannot be changed as current lock.
I tried resetting and safe mode.
Nothing worked.
I am tired of explaining from the beginning to live chat.
Help me to solve this issue or just tell me how to file a complaint if I can.

Go to Setting and Then Click Lock Screen then u c Lock screen stories enable this option

Is your phone in Demo mode, also try disabling Google Smart Lock.

Then use Fingerprint or Face unlock feature aftr tht u can enable Pin setting

fingerprint asks pin before reading fingerprints. pin password gets backed up. again swipe is shown as current lock
