i have update my cell 3 days ago. I'm facing a serious issue. I'm using Jio sim & it has LTE network but after last update it showing only 4G network. i can't call anyone because of this issue. please solve this as soon as possible.7e11c7b1-51d4-4d1e-98c4-1a06051e85db.jpg

We do regret for the inconvenience caused as Volte is not working in the device after software update. We would like to inform you kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern:-

- Kindly check with other SIM card in your device.
- Open settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
- If still issue persists, we suggest visiting Samsung authorized service center to get the VoLTE issue fixed. There will be no charges to fix the VoLTE issue after update in your device J7 2016.
