Heating issue and network issue every time.

When? While charging or gaming or in idle?

Just check the root cause 1st...

1. Turn off bt, data, location etc when not in use.
2. If the mobile heat is from back upper part then its because of network issue. When you use mobile while in low network area.

3. Install any 3rd party app to check device temperature. I suggest to use accubattery for better results on all like charge, discharge temp etc...

4. If mobile is heating while charging then turn off fast charging. If you have.

5. Add all apps to sleep it will restrict background usage no need of other settings. Don't worry you will get notifications and can use assistant.

6. If its from recent update check with other users and wait for the update.

To resolve network issue please follow below given steps:-


1. Check network operators and select automatically (Settings> Connections> Mobile Network>Network operator> select automatically > Tap on OK > Registered on network).


2. Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).
