since 2 to 3 days jio sim shows no service in j7 .even other jio sim are showing the same problem in j7..
help me guys...

- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.

How to enable 4g in both sim slots in Samsung j7 Max, I am unable to receive incoming calls in my jio sim when i put that in slot 2 and my internet is activated in other airtel sim.

Please help
