Hi guys yesterday I was watching a YouTube movie suddenly app get stuck I closed and start again same repeated. i just take camera the cam got black and msg displayed in screen cam isn't responding close now ? may I know why thise happening my phone is just 4 months old

We would like to inform you Kindly follow the steps below to resolve your concern :- 1) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Reset app preferences. 2) Navigate to apps >> Settings >> Apps >> Tap on three dots >> Show system apps >> Camera >> Storage >> Clear data and force stop. 3) Please run your device in safe mode. 4) Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch. If still issue persist, we would suggest you to visit nearby Samsung Service Center so service engineer will examine your device physically.
