Hello Samsung!
I'm using Galaxy J7 Max. I'm having many problems after updating to the latest version Oreo. There are too many lags. Problems are as follows:
1. Slow processing of apps
2. Applications are opening very slow or suddenly getting closed.
3. Battery is draining and taking too much time to charge.
4. Sometimes there's problem in view of some games even in low graphics.
5. Problem in media volume - it is not decreasing while call is going on & if decreases it goes to zero directly.
6. There comes the icon of alarm on the status bar without alarm setup.
7. Restarts requires several times.
8. Hanging very much as it also have 4gb of RAM.
9. Flash light is not switching off when we press power button earlier it was happening.
10. Samsung apps are running very slow like themes, members, health, etc.
11. Sometimes network problems are also there.
12. Camera autofocus is also not working while videocall. It's too dark.
Please! Do fix these problems in an update or suggest us a solution. We're having so many problems while using the phone.
