blank notification in notification list

what does the blank notification means in my notification list . please some one tell me

keep pressing this blank notifications and after you press allow notifications

if i press this nothing happens and aftwr few seconds it disappears itself

This might occur when you are using a Beta version of any App is getting updated

got it self resolved . it was coming due to an app "beauty plus me" i have uninstalled it.
