Dear sir/madam,
                            My name is kaustubh more. And i own a galaxy j7 prime. This message is about a notification failure. Few months ago whenever i get notifications of particular apps, their notification shows blank messages. I thought that might be a small glitch. But it kept coming again and again. So i thought about it and updated the phone a few hours later from now. But the problem still persists. Pls help. I have attached a screenshot of the notification failure.

Hi there,

 

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-

1) Clear the Cache of the app (setting>>apps>>message>>storage>>clear data and cache).

2) Do the reset app preference (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).

Then kindly restart the device and check the issue.

3) Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
