samsung i was a fan boy of uh but after this update uh disappointed me i take my phones in samsung care they flash new firmware but it didn't work my touch is not working in new update they downgrade my phone and now what my touch is working uh have problem In your updates there is no problem in my phone as i say i was samsung fan boy i used most of your flagship phone till S4 then i jump in note series after that i take J7 prime and i also gifted my gf A7 2017 now im going to Redimi note 5 pro. ur 1 mistake loose a very good customer.
