I don't understand who to believe who not to believe. Everyone talking in live chat in their own way. Some saying they are working for the update for your device and Same are saying your device is not confirmed for the update .
Instead of believing Samsung agents, use your brain, their update policy is to give 2 major updates to all (from mid range to flagship) phones & u already got 2 updates so no more Pie.
And talking about live chat agents? Atually I've doubt about their knowledge, who took them in job? 🤔 Many days ago I used to ask my issues to them, but TBH they could have never fixed my issues even they sometimes told me wrong info.. So I gave up asking them many days ago 😒
