switch to Nokia or Sony. These brands do what they promise. Samsung is supposed to provide 2 major update but provided only 1. If j7 max has processor issue then it's Samsung's headache not coustomers. They should either provide pie update or they should provide 7000 INR exchange offer because j7 max was launched somewhere at 17ooo INR. Or what we can do we can file a complaint against Samsung as it has cheated it's customers on service basis.

bro I have been watching youtube videos and searching tons of websites for many months yes the youtuber will say 1 month,2 month,3month, but its their content bro don't be a fool and ever believe such **bleep** even samsung is nearly forgotten J series so no hope still of j7 max gets pie u can't be sure they are not going to put some camera or performance bugs so stay out of the new update if they come or rather watch reviews when they release( It its a miracle )
