you won't have VoLTE support on any UAE model because Samsung disable it for that region. Flash another region firmware for that phone to enable it back like India's firmware
my phone is Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 (uae model) it doesnt have volte support in india i request you to get update and volte support in uae samsung mobile i had checked with samsung service center for flashing in indian firmware....but they denied and replied.....its risky and it may get dead
