I'm from India and own a j7 2016. After the nought update I'm unable to make offline video calls. Though I'm able to receive incoming video calls but I'm unable to make video calls. Previously when it was Android M it (offline video calling) was possible but now when I'm calling anybody with that offline video calling option the call automatically ends... Please help me out of this problem
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please follow the steps below to make video call:-
1. The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo.
2. After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call.
3. To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device. Be sure to hit ♡ when you find an answer that works for you.
