hanging problem / frozen during receive call when using some apps

I am using galaxy j7 prime
When i got VOICE CALLS during use of Google maps, camera and video recording, playing games, using Instagram and some others apps; display doesn't show option to pick/ hang a call and display remain FROZEN till ring is over. 
It is not storage related problem i already tried with cleaning extra data from apps mentioned above and few more 
But there is no problem when I make a call and use those apps fine.
Internal Storage is empty 25gb out of 32gb
External storage is 10 gb empty

RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS ONCE

SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET SYSTEM SETTINGS

NOW CHECK STILL PROBLEM??

i know someone will suggest that so i had done factory data reset
