Dear update contributers, I didn't get the December security patch update kn my j7 max which was release in 6th December and also The customers are face slow charging issues after the security patch update so plz... Contribute faster and help us though the update♥️

Go to settings, software check for update, you will get the December security patch.

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Charge the device in switch-off mode.

>Charge the device with the other original charger.

>If available in your device than Enable fast charging (Scroll down notification panel>Setting >Device maintenance>Battery>3 dots (upper right corner) >Advanced setting>Fast cable charging>Enable).

>Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->USB/Charger).

>Go to setting > Software Update > Download Updates Manually > download the update if available or if not available then you need to wait for next update

> Try to download software via PC with the help of a smart switch. To update with smart switch kindly download smart switch PC & Device both & connect with data cable then update,
