go to device settings > clouds and accounts > account > Samsung account > more options > remove account
after removing the account ... go to galaxy apps and log in your Samsung account there ... it will be fine👍

You might also prefer to Backup data using SmartSwitch for all you data sync with Samsung Accounts like Notes, Contacts. So In case anything goes wrong you cam recover from the backup images! Or atleast have an offline copy on your Desktop!

Hi all,

 

I noticed the issue is caused by Samsung Account version. I get to update it thru the App > Galaxy Theme > Galaxy Theme Setting. Over here you will get the chance to notice a red color "N" just next to the Samsung Account. 

By clicking this, it brings you to the Samsung Experience Service App just you just need to Update it to latest version.

Hope this help.

 

Edit: From Apps go straight to Samsung Experience Service and update it to latest version.
