Recently Samaung Pay and Samsung Pass has been migrated to Samsung Wallet, and the app is working fine. But the problem is that the Samsung Wallet app is not showing in the Galaxy store and Google Play Store too. With this problem unable to update the Samsung Wallet App.

But I have tried to upgrad the Samaung wallet through APK. Downloaded it from the APK mirror, and the installation is not completed, showing that the app is not installed. 

Current version in my mobile : 5.0.7 older version.

New version Avalible: 5.2.20 released in Feb 2023.

The update is not rolled out for all SAMSUNG devices, don't worry the update shall be released phase wise across all devices and versions

What about the Samsung Block App, I tried installing it, and installed good but the app is not opening, It is saying not available in this country.

I heard a news that the Samsung has launched blockchain App to 8 news countries and that includes India too.
