Hi,
I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 Max for the past 7 years. Suddenly my USB stopped working few years. I didn't do anything cause I didn't need it. Now I am in a need of transferring few files to my laptop and also need to debug my mobile (USB debugging). Please help me with this issue.

Note:
1. I tried changing USB cables so many times. Those cables are working with other devices.

2. With same cables I can able to charge my mobile.

You need to get your device checked in this case if you want data cable to work. If not you can try FTP apps from play store to retrieve your data wirelessly.
