My secure folder is locked.It Asking me to sign in with your samsung accout...But when i try to sign in samsung account There is no way to change secure folder password.Help me to in this

Did you sign in your Samsung Account using Google on your browser ?
If not, then sign in here ( https://findmymobile.samsung.com )with your samaung account ID & PASSWORD.

1st - Use your browser to sign in samsung account.
2nd - Then click on the unlock, unlock all previously added password by simply putting the samsung account password.
3rd - Then open secure folder app and click on forgot password.
4th - Click on reset
5th - They will again ask your samsung account password, enter your password and reset it.

i talked with samsung helpline they also told me...do formate your mobile phone

samsung customer care try to make fool only... only do easy work to suggest format only to customer .. they own use Chinese mobile than how to figure out Samsung app and hardware detail or problem.
Last time I face call volume error and they suggest format my mobile or go to service centre due to hardware error but I shortout my problem within 15 min after call.

try again.. make sure Samsung internet your default browser only and don't use vpn or any data saving or power saving service during access secure folder.
