Galaxy J7 Max Secure Folder Problem

I am not able to make Secure Folder in Galaxy J7 Max. I have tried everything from YouTube. But still can't fix the problem. If anyone have ideas please share it.

In J7 cannot use it. Ignore it or buy a new phone. Your phone us too old
