Storage problem

Hello, my storage has this problem: 

 All things in the list added up amount to less than 4GB, so there's over 10GB I can't find to free up.

Any ideas?

I think its better that you reset your phone and then disable non needed pre installed apps, trust me you will find the change. Also clear data of those apps if there are any as you don't wanna waste your storage on disabled apps.
