I am using Samsung Galaxy J7 Smart Phone. I raised a couple of queries, please find the below. 1. Unable to restrict application running the background. The solution given did not solve my issue. My issue is , when I open What's app after using I close the app completely but still I see like what's app few more app are running the background . kindly advise how to solve this issue. I have attached the screenshot for your reference
2. I have raised a query stating I am able to move very limited app to SD Card not all the additional app I download in my phone . kindly advise how to move the app which I download from Google play store to SD Card
