Why is not allowed to me Software Update  Android 11 for Samsung Galaxy j8 plzz allowed me soon ..

My phone is not Working good..

I am waiting.

It will never get so waiting for it is meaningless.

According to Samsung update policy midrange devices get 2 major OS updates and J8 already completed its 2 major OS updates ( android 9 & 10 ) so it won't recieve any more OS updates.
