Security folders not working I'm not rooted but it's talk to me msg your phone has been rooted what problem I'm about this problem lot of time Samsung company and customers servicers never Solve my problem

maybe once rooting the mobile hanged or stuck just try to download trusted app. to check/remove the root...

Security update available now but never working

Once your device is rooted(knox will be tripped permanently) you will no longer be able to use Secure Folder. You will have to rely on 3rd party apps. As for updates, Flash the device with stock rom.

Hi,

Samsung devices have a built in fuse inside the device which will trip when you root the device. Unfortunately there is no option to reset this once it's fused. So, once you root the device, it's for ever.
This fuse is directly connected to Knox, so any apps which need knox support will stop working. Samsung Pass, Samsung Pay, Samsung secure folder etc. In worst cases even Samsung Health app will stop working.
