To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Clear the data from Google play store (Setting>> Apps >>Google play service>>clear data).
>Restart / Reboot the device.
> If the same continues, check the internet connection (2G/3G/4G/Wi-Fi).
>Check by removing the Primary Gmail ID (Google ID) and re-configuring it.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Galaxy JI found solution.
I have the same device and the problem happened to my when I have updated to the last software version Oreo, I have try several method and finally the one solved the problem is an apk to play services and I have downloaded it from the link below
