Samsung j7 prime OTG problem

Currently I am using samsung j7 prime and I am unable to connect my pendrive to it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? where is usb otg setting in Samsung j7 prime? Please help me

Try to connect it by using USB cable

First verify that your mobile is connecting to PC with the data cable and you are able to transfer files between devices.

Moreover, j7 prime doesn't work with any OTG cable for connecting pendrives. You need to buy goof quality OTG cable.

(Actually it is problem with all J series devices)

My pendrive has inbuilt OTG connector, i tried my pendrive on another samsung device and it works perfectly ,the problem is with my j7 prime device🥺

Go to developer option settings in menu then click on USB configuration then click on MTP . Maybe because it might be in charging option .that's why it's not showing up. If u want to get into developer option then go to software information then click on build number name more then 5 times to enable developer option. But be careful with that. Don't click anything else then other options unless if you know what are you doing it. Those options for developers

I am using Samsung Galaxy A22 5G but this device cannot recognize OTG so that I am able to use my Pen drive to transfer files.. Pls help..
