Galaxy J7 Max was launched with Android 7 Noughat. And Samsung provides two major Android OS updates to its devices. So Android 9 Pie was the last major update for it. It will not get Android 10.

j7max will not get pie even ....it's kernel version, soft API CTs not compatible for pie also..Samsung closed pie program long before, that time j7max not listed because of incompatibility...no more os update in this device.....only security patch update will received
