Root problem.....

My little brother attempted to root my phone( Samsung Galaxy J6) but failed...and now I can not use some of samsung's services....Can Anyone help me out!

Just flash the official firmware with samsung Smart Switch and it will be back to normal.

check if the Knox is tripped. if it's 0x1 then the device can not run any Samsung secured app and if it's not then you're safe, just flash the firmware then.
