Restarting Automatically and hanging problem

Can anyone suggest me how what i need to do when my J7 pro cell phone is getting hang and restarts automatically. the second problem which i am facing at the same time is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi is not working not even connecting to other devices and getting ON and OFF automatically.

kindly suggest me the best way to get rid off from this issue
