please.. solve this problem.. after update the incoming and outgoing calls and texts from the jio sim is not possible from my galaxy j7 2016..

hello everyone, just try any other jio sim in your nougat updated phone, i am pretty sure it will show Volte, so the jio customer care is saying the sim somehow gets locked when you hit the update software while the sim is still in there. so if you put any other jio sim in your updated OS phone., it will show volte. so simply get your sim replaced..!!
