Today my Samsung Galaxy J8 is not switching on. Last night it's battery was at 56% and its not switching on by either pressing the power switch or plugging it in the charger. What could be the issue and its solution? Do suggest something as it's only 2 months old and i am kind of freaking out!!!
Hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you get the Android bootloader menu.In the bootloader menu you use the volume buttons to toggle through the different options and the power button to enter/select.
Thanks for advice. Its now up and running and I haven't started it by factory data reset, just by normal developer reboot. But I would be glad if someone can tell me its cause, as if it's happened once, it can also happen again.
