My J7 pro just died on 5th march 2020 after it became a little slow and I just restarted it.
It never turned on :(
I am very disappointed as all my data, pics vdos are now lost.
When I went to samsung repair center, they told that the motherboard is dead.
I was shocked and amzed how did this happened.
That's not all, they broke the screen while opening the device, and also the inside casing.
The service center location is in Mysuru, India.(Revanna Care)
I am seriously very dissatisfied with this kind of service and loosing all my data like this.
We buy Samsung phone with utmost believe and trust in the brand, but this wasn't expected.
I used to be a die-hard fan of Samsung phones (Used more than 6 Samsung phone since 2015) but now my friends and family members are making fun of it. :'(

If they break the screen while opening up, they should change it for free, and regarding the death of the motherboard, its an electronic device and can have faults or issues at any time, and I can say that it is your fault that your data is lost because you didn't keep regular backups of your data.

This is the new play, they make you sign that phone may get damaged during disassembly.
So you can't do anything about it too.
So now I will have to change the motherboard and the screen too.

But the last time I visited, nothing like that was asked by service center staff for me to do.
