After the update when i plug in my earphone i.e. EHS64 in my j7 prime 32gb the buttons on the earphone doesn't work but that buttons are working in my mom's j7 max. plzz tell me the solution. I tried it in safe mode resetting settings but nothing worked I did factory data reset also but nothing worked tell me the solution when I visited nearest mobile store they told mee that my headphone Jack iS perfect.
