So i have purchased the device in November. I have constant battery drainage issue on the device. i only get upto 6hours of battery backup.
i am charging it if it's below 15% and removing it after it's 100%.
Tried battery calibration, no-go.
tried with different chargers, no-go
Checked in settings and battery is completely fine.
Coming to usage, i use wifi more often then mobile data to understand issue and tried without wifi or mobile data for a week, no-go. i am not a heavy user, i use device for calls/messages/social networks/writing and very rarely games.
If you have any suggestions or advice then i am all ears.
Also wanted to tell that device restarts on it's own sometimes.

no i hve also j7 max its working nice its battery too as i play PubG working nice but there is issue only about that fucking oreo update didnt get till now

how much battery backup you're getting on the device on medium and heavy usage?

heavy usage i getting around 5hours hours n normal usage i get between 8 to 9 hours

dnt knw whats hppn to ur device. did you get any security patch update. because its drain 10 t0 12 percentage in a hour at normal usage. i bought my device in aug 2017 its been 1 year still working good

Security updates are updated and even device is also up-to-date.
