J7 Pro Running Very Slow

From Last month J7 Pro is running very slow RAM gets used too much even I close all the background apps so any J7 Pro user facing this issue

here is the step for optimising
1.download smart switch apk from google play store
2. back up your all data using sd card or pendrive
3 go to your phone setting and click on factory data reset
4. during factory data reset process u should remove your sd catd or pendrive should not connected during this process
5.after factory data reset is completed redownload the smartswitch and click on restore

6 now u enjoy lagging free experience
