J7 2017 February Patch Update UAE but performance issues

Yesterday I got update February Patch but now I am having performance issues. When opening any app it shows the icon for a second or two before opening. It is taking long to open apps. I am attaching screen shots as proof. Anyone else facing the issue

It is not an option. The system has slowed down after update. It's a problem after update
