Hello samsung Before 1 week i got an fota update after installing the update my phone is automatically hang and restart when its restart then on my screen verification failed then i press the power key and restart but today when i charge my mobile its switch off and not restar then i scared i thing my mobile is dead then i try forced restart by pressing power key and vol up and down key its not only my problem all j5 prime user after updating with this update all are facing same proble please samsung fix this

What can your service engineers do when your software development team has created this problem. Stop copy paste answer and give ota updates

I don't understand this admin of Samsung....how is it possible to have hardware issue simultaneously in all users. Why is he not saying the issue is highlighted to their technical team??? Really very arrogant. What if somebody has phone out of warranty?? Will Samsung provide free service. Don't be stupid and give us rectified fota.

This Mobile condition is Absolutely Good Brother
when we updated the new software
then onwards Phone will going to Dead I Nearly 2 times Restarted My Mobile But No use
