solve the pblm immedietly.....your compony has a good name and fame these kind of answers from admin are not right samsung has to resolve the pblm ..

my phone is gonna hange many times and give a optio to reset the phone then i press the power button and restart it it happened with me many times and till continue after 2 or 3 days gap these things are happened after the new update
