Can someone please help how to fix frong camera issues for Samsung J7 max mobile device as all pictures are blurred?

It's a update issue. Dymanic range has decreased horribly.

Was it before the 1 October 2020 (latest) patch update or after that?

Any helpful tips to solve the issue will be really appreciated as not keen to do factory reset as data may get lost inspite of backup. Did safe mode as well but still the same. Lame excuse given by Samsung as usual to do factory reset or visit service centre. If they know it is an update causing the problem why not fix the same

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

 

* Clear camera lens with microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.

 

* Reset camera settings
Camera > Settings > Reset settings > Reset.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Have already done so however still not received any positive revert from your end
