1) Check if the message in not being sent to any particular number or all of the contacts.
2) Check the Message Centre Number provided by the service provider, by navigating into Message >> Settings >> More Settings >> Test Messages >> Message Centre Number.
3) Navigate into Settings >> Apps >> Message Application >> Clear Data & Clear Cache and restart the device.
4) Take full data back up and reset the device.
