Facing battery drain issue in J7 prime !

The phone dies instantly when its charging near between 40% to 30% . I tried formatting and also updated to latest firmware but yet there is no improvement.  Is it the time now to change its battery? I have used it for 2 and a half year .

Maybe your battery is old or got damazed

Run your mobile in safe mode to find out the faulty third party app creating the problem n delete them if problem continues go to service centre to replace the battery.

It is difficult to figure out battery issues on your own. It is best to get it checked at a service centre
