Samsung will not repair this phone.
You can get it repaired from repairing center at around ₹1500.

I think they will add a low quality LCD panel with low brightness and colors

You can get good quality screen at about ₹3500. But I think it's not worth as phone's value would be around ₹1500-2000.

That's true it's value is not much but I could use it as second phone it has amazing looks and a wide screen which is very rare in now days phones.
