j7 max screen replacement

my uncle purchased j7 max itz 6 mnths old and they have insurance which charged 1700 something for 1 year..so the problem is the display is damaged.so display will be replaced if i claim insurance. tell me as soon as possible

but the mobile falled from 2nd floor it will be covered or not and the insurance is all risk insurance.
