Cast screen is not Available on J7 2016 latest Update.

In our Samsung galaxy j7 2016 don't have cast screen available This is very disappointing for me and after buying my galaxy phone ₹16000 but I am not happy with that.
Another most important feature is Auto schedule switch off setting is missing too...

on j7 2016 with all latest software updates installed, go to settings>general management>reset>auto restart
