Yes. Without any problem. But Google may ask you to register and relog and you will need different account. You can keep Indian SIM in slot 1 while US SIM in slot 2. Keep slot 2 as active for all service. This will work fine. If you use Jio SIM in slot 1 you can have International roaming as well in no time. But it is costly.
