Camera problem

I have samsung j7 pro. but it does not click texted documents clearly when using rear camera. Any solution to solve the problem.

i hv tried all the way.

if no then there is hardware issue of back cam
if yes then there can be some software issue(just a guess)

1. I have tried by choosing all the pixel size or you can say the ratio
2. I have used on both auto flash/on/off
3. I have reset the camera settings many times
4. Software is up to date
but the problem still the same.
any solution to get my cash back of the phone i have purchaged?
