Galaxy J1) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity)
2) Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device)
3) Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting)
4) Software update via FOTA,Kies or SMART Tool

Galaxy J2. I have used on both auto flash/on/off
3. I have reset the camera settings many times
4. Software is up to date
but the problem still the same.
any solution to get my cash back of the phone i have purchaged?
