I have been using this j7 prime past 3 months and now I am facing camera issue.
When I tried to take pic it is coming blur.

;^; clear your camera lense first. and check the camera settings. and sometimes it may look blurr but when you take pic the technology will do its work and get you a hd pic.

YESTERDAY SAMSUNG ANNOUNCED THE LIST GOING TO GET ANDROID OREO SOON. AND IT HAS ALSO CHANGED THE SYSTEM OF GIVING UPDATES ( for example S series got 2 major updates but not now )

restart your device and after restarting press power key you get lockscreen and swipe the camera from there first time or use camera app from playstore

1) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity.
2) Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device)
3) Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting)
4) Software update via FOTA,Kies or SMART Tool.
